Myself and my two daughters – aged five and two at the time – took great joy in hammering in the for sale boards the night before the big day, on the handful of properties that we had on our books ready for the grand opening. 

My daughter Danielle has been an active part of the business for the past 13 years – how time flies indeed! 

Over the years our family became a growing part of the community: both children went to the local schools and my wife Sheila and I spent many years on the committee of the Mudeford Lifeboat Funday. 

We are also both active members of the Christchurch sailing club and my role is now one of the Commodores. 

Our business grew and we expanded to Bransgore, acquiring Humphries and Farge Estate Agents, together with opening a new office in Tuckton. 

In the latter years we branched out into Lymington enabling us to cover a huge area of Hampshire and Dorset. 

The internet has undoubtedly changed estate agency irrevocably and has allowed us to bring our close-knit team back to one Christchurch powerhouse whilst still being able to help clients over the same – if not greater – geographic area. 

I’m hugely proud to say that our standards have never slipped, we are extremely focused on customer care and have acquired an enormous wealth of experience in selling and letting properties in the Christchurch area.
